• 504 Loans: For small business owners looking to acquire to upgrade new buildings, equipment, or other fixed assets.
• Microloan: Small business looking for $50,000 or less in loan for funding their business, it could not be used to pay off debt nor for purchasing real estate.
• Export Working Capital: For small business owners exporting to other countries and need additional working capital to support their expansion.
• International Trade: SBA offers this long-term financing assistance to small business owners exporting to other countries or have been adversely affected by imports.
• Disaster Loans: For small business impacted by a disaster.
